Our Studios

Each of our studios offers a unique, immersive environment where students engage in hands-on projects, explore their passions, and track their progress towards mastery.

The Spark Studio is best imagined as a garden where learners (ages 4-7) embrace Montessori work and Spark Play to learn real-life skills and develop the independence, focus, and kindness needed to enter an Acton Elementary Studio — each prepared to discover a calling that will change the world.

Where learners (ages 7-11) explore, create and build themselves. In a safe environment and through a self learning process, they understand the relationship between freedom and responsibility, discover their hero’s journey, develop long lasting friendships, and participate in a hardworking community with a culture of inquiry.

Learn to work hard. Acton Academy Middle School is where young heroes (ages 11-14) learn to work hard, tackle complex computational challenges, communicate clearly and persuasively and develop the passion and real-world skills needed to make a difference in the world.

Launchpad is the final studio, where learners (ages 14+) prepare to step into the world as independent thinkers and leaders. Here, they work on capstone projects, real-world internships, and develop the critical thinking and leadership skills that will guide their futures.

Measuring Mastery

Instead of traditional grades, we measure mastery through real-world achievements and personalized assessments. Our learners track their progress, set new goals, and work toward continuous improvement — not comparison.
